Here is for the usage flow and precautions regarding hakama rental.

1. Application
Please apply and pay at each Furifu store and online store.
If you register from the dedicated application form, “My Page” will be created. An email “Notice of registration of Hakama Rental My Page” will be sent to the registered email address. You can check the application details on My Page.

2. Product delivery
We will deliver to the delivery address specified by the customer about 10 to 20 days before the date of wear.
After shipping the product, we will send you a “shipping notification email”. Please contact the delivery company to specify the date of receipt.
* Please change the delivery address by yourself on My Page by January 31st.

3. Arrival of goods
Please be sure to check that the items you received are correct and correct.
If the product is different from what you applied for, please contact the store where you applied.

4. Return of goods
Please return it within 5 days from the date of use.
Please use the delivery slip enclosed with the product to ship it by yourself.
Please note that a late fee of 10,000 yen (tax included) will be charged after the return date.
* Please use the Sagawa Express collection service or bring it to the Sagawa Express office and be sure to use the enclosed Sagawa Express return slip.

Footwear rental is only for sandals. Boots are available for sale.
Hakama and kimono rentals are only available at stores. Hakama rental is available for ¥ 22,000 (tax included), and kimono rental is available for ¥ 33,000 (tax included). Please feel free to contact us.
We do not provide services such as dressing, hair making, and photography for customers who have made a rental hakama contract.
