Please note that “this support” is only available to customers who make a request at the store where they purchased it, the site where they purchased it, or the customer service office by the day before the coming-of-age ceremony.

（※Note 1）Even if the venue other than the coming-of-age ceremony that you plan to attend is postponed or canceled, if the coming-of-age ceremony that you plan to attend is held, this correspondence will not be applicable.

Customers who applied for furisode rental for the 2021 coming-of-age ceremony.

1.In the case of postponement of the coming-of-age ceremony at the discretion of the government
There is no additional charge for extending the rental period.

2.When the coming-of-age ceremony is canceled at the discretion of the government
Refunds will be made according to the list of refund details below.
90% refund for rental furisode only for customers who apply for rental furisode and do not take pre-shoot or post-shoot.

(※ Note 2)　 Only this time, accessories related to coming-of-age costumes purchased at the same time as rental items will be returned and refunded at the same cancellation rate.
However, it is limited to items purchased at Furifu stores, Mimatsu Group online stores, Rakuten, and Yahoo.
Also, purchase at the same time as rental (same receipt), or purchase at the same store on the same day.

Refund flow

Please contact the store where you purchased the product directly or check the shopping guide of the online store where you purchased the product.

※ As a general rule, refunds will be given to those who have confirmed whether or not the ceremony will be held within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
※ Please note that the credit card and various transfer fees at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Q1. What happens to unused accessories that I bought with rental furisode?

A. Only this time, we will accept returns with the same cancellation rate.
Example) Purchase a small item of 50,000 yen at the same time as furisode rental. Refund after deducting 10% cancellation fee of 5,000 yen

A. If the scale of the ceremony is reduced by administrative judgment, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the rules for personal reasons.
