In Furifu, if the graduation ceremony (2021 graduation ceremony) that the customer plans to attend is postponed or canceled due to the influence of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)(※Note 1)、 We will respond as follows (hereinafter referred to as “this correspondence”).

Please note that the content of “this response” may change depending on the situation of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the future.
In addition, we will inform you of any changes on the Furifu website.

Please note that “this support” is only available to customers who make a request at the store where they purchased it, the site where they purchased it, or the customer service office by the day before the coming-of-age ceremony.

(※Note 1) Even if the venue other than the graduation ceremony that you plan to attend is postponed or canceled, if the graduation ceremony or diploma awarding ceremony that you plan to attend is held, this correspondence will not be applicable.

   

Target customers

Customers who applied for Furifu Rental Hakama for the 2021 graduation ceremony.

1.If the graduation ceremony is postponed at the discretion of the school
There is no additional charge for extending the rental period.

2. If the graduation ceremony is canceled at the discretion of the school
If the cancellation of the graduation ceremony is officially announced, there is no diploma awarding ceremony in each faculty / department, and it is in an unopened state that has not been used for pre-shooting, a full refund will be given.

(※ Note 2)  We will refund the full amount of accessories related to graduation costumes purchased at the same time as the rental items.
However, it is limited to items purchased at Furifu stores, Mimatsu Group online stores, Rakuten, and Yahoo.
Also, purchase at the same time as rental (same receipt), or purchase at the same store on the same day.

Refund flow

Please contact the store where you purchased the product directly or check the shopping guide of the online store where you purchased the product.

※ As a general rule, refunds will be given to those who have confirmed whether or not the ceremony will be held within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
※ Please note that the credit card and various transfer fees at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

A. In the case of reducing the scale of the ceremony, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the rules for personal reasons.

Q4.Since the graduation ceremony was canceled and there was no particular opportunity to wear it, I wore it lightly at home to commemorate it. Is there any problem when returning the product if it is folded back?

A. Only small items are not subject to special measures.

Q7. I bought a rental hakama and a hair accessory at the same store on the same day. Can both be returned?

A. Only when not used or worn, we will take special measures for both.

Q8. The graduation ceremony has been cancelled. I don’t have a chance to wear it, so I want to cancel it without wearing it. However, the shipping completion email has already arrived. Is it okay to refuse receipt because it is troublesome to return it?

A.Only unused and unworn rental hakama will be supported by special measures. However, please be sure to receive it after the shipment is completed, and return it by yourself using the return slip.
